Shipping Information

Please include with any complaint of item not received a picture of all items received as well as a picture of the packing slip that was included with your order. Complaint of missing product must be received within a week of receipt of package to be considered. Samples are small and often require a thorough investigation of the package contents to be discovered.
Our products ship via USPS and will be sent out the first or second business day of each week.
For domestic shipments we charge a flat rate of $4.75 per purchase + $1 per item shipped.
For international shipments we charge a flat rate of $22 + $1 per item.
We are sorry if your product is delayed in its shipping. USPS is experiencing high shipping volume so we ask that you wait a full two weeks after you receive the tracking number in the fulfillment e-mail before contacting us with a shipping delay.
We offer free Shipping on Domestic orders over $100.
International Shipping
In an effort to keep our shipping prices inexpensive for our international customers we offer a Global Post Standard which generates a tracking number immediately upon us shipping your package. Please be sure to actively track your package and retrieve package from the your local Post Office if they are holding it for any reason. We are not responsible for packages returned to us due to it not being retrieved at your Post Office and if we need to reship the package it will be at the customers expense.
For Global Post Standard we charge a flat rate of $22 + $1.00 per item.

Disclaimer:
Due to the intricacies of International shipping we are not responsible for items sent to your country which are not allowed to be received for whatever reason. It is upon you the customer to make sure that the items purchased from us will clear customs and is in keeping with your nations laws. While this shouldn’t be an issue to the majority of our international customers it is something to research and consider before making an order.
International shipping can take a long time. The longest time we have experienced has been 3 months. If you have a question regarding packages in transit please wait for at least a month before contacting us unless you are unsure how to pay VAT tax in which case we will expedite email communications. Use email John@Lunaroots.com to expedite this service.
Please note we cannot pay the VAT tax required or any other sales tax prior to shipping internationally. It will be your responsibility to pay the necessary tax at customs or wherever you receive your package.
We are not able to ship to Turkey or the UK.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of the product we cannot accept returns. We are more than happy to refund your purchase of any item that is damaged in shipping or is defective unto itself.
Refunds on International Orders cannot be given unless the product is damaged or defective unto itself.
