The new Bloom Balm formula is a buildable solid lip + cheek tint formula. Apply a few dabs for a wash of color that wears as a sort of moisturizing stain. Sheer out onto cheeks for that blushing river nymph look. Build up for a bold, satin-semi gloss lip pigment. Mix a dab in with your color magics, skin tint and highlighters to create a brand new color palette to explore!
